Thunder Valley "Danny"
was our second Friesian stallion who was foaled June 22, l993. As of 2011, he has retired from the breeding shed and now grazes on his own private pasture. Danny was imported from Canada. His sire was the great "Barteld", one of the first Friesian stallions imported from the Netherlands. Danny proudly carried on his family line. He still has a few youngsters available. Danny matured into a massive black giant, but is giant with the heart of a puppy. What a lover he is. To pet him is to let him crawl into your heart. Danny is a proud representative of the Friesian breed. Danny stamped his foals with his big scopy movement and amazing presence. The foundation of his character layed in his intelligence, willingness to learn and readiness to to perform.. Both Flurry and Danny made a huge impact on the Sport Horse world. Our Morgan breeding farm began in 1971 and our Friesian breeding began in 1995, and now we are retiring in 2011.. We thank all our previous Danny and Flurry owners and hope that they keep in touch because we enjoy keeping track of the stallion's offspring. Thank you again for 37 wonderful years
